Job Description:
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for the company equipment sales reporting to the local sales Manager and will run and expand the Kazakhstan Minerals representative sales office

The role will involve a range of functions:
• Deliver and Grow sales according to Budget
• Evaluate market opportunities 
• Establish a customer base for the product
• Ensure product meets the market needs
• Ensure product is launched to market successfully
• Establish routes to market
• Motivate team to achieve and exceed budgets
• Offer selling support where required
• Measure individuals performance
• Produce forecasts & territorial reports
• Communicate Company policies & implement strategies
• Manage commercial risks

Person Specification:
Role requires an excellent technical knowledge of mining systems and its application in process.
Role requires experience with sales of technologies into the heavy industries
Role requires somebody who scores strongly on persuasive activities and will be required to work closely with and deliver through the sales organisation.
Role requires somebody who also scores strongly on analytical activities as much of task involves planning & prioritising.
Role requires an understanding of practical marketing, in addition to theory.
Role requires contractual experience 
Qualifications:
Graduate
Experience Skills:

Multilingual (English)
Communication skills
PC Literate
Previous experience of Managing technical sales
